My wife and I just got new Katana phones but I have a problem. My buddy keeps sending me animated stuff and I can't figure out how to get them to work. It comes as a picture mail but when I go there it is just a still photo. How do I get them to work. I can't find anyone to tell me. Thanks in advance. :crying:

i can't get mine to work in my katana either.
