I'm not happy with my Katana and I had requested an exchange for a RAZR V3m. Hopefully the rep in account services will be able to cancel the RAZR order because then she'll be able to send out a Q for $99. Since I've already paid $49.99 for the Katana I would only have to pay an additional $50. Freaking sweet.

And the Q is getting ordered as I speak but the RAZR was already sent out. This is going to be fun times on my bill. Oh well, I get the Q for $99 and I'll send back the Katana and the RAZR asap so those extra charges get removed. Still freaking sweet!

how long did u have the katana/// i have had mine since oh...ewww this summer and I dont like it at all.....I wish I could just toss it...but, um...any suggestions.

I had my Katana for 2 weeks. Since it was covered in the 30-day guarantee, Sprint HAS to let me exchange.
