I recently switched over ot Sprint from Nextel and purchased the Sanyo SCP-8400.
I also purchased a Motorola H-700 Blue tooth headset.
I have attempted to pair this headset with the 8400 to no avail.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a resolution.
I went on Sanyo's site and there doesn't seem to be any way to contact support via email.
I picked this headset becasue it was listed in the accessories section on Sprint.

my wife has that same headset and it works fine.

*edit* make sure the BT is turned on within the phone. I just fllowed the intructions of the manual and had no problems setting it up.

Thanx,

I have a feeling that the headset may be a knockoff, and not a motorola headset, the first one was purchased on line through a google search, after the problems I ordered another from buy.com and returned the first. When new one arrives I try it.

A knockoff could be a possibility... Check out http://reviews.ebay.com/Motorola-H700-Bluetooth-Headset-Real-vs-Fake_W0QQugidZ10000000001869840 or search google to see if that provides any insight to your dilemma.

Thanks for the Info, the new one arrived and it paired very quickly.
I never knew what I missed not having blue tooth, and here I thought my I730 from Nextel was great, now if I could only manage the calendar and address book, that would me great also.
