View Full Version : Sanyon SCP-2400 LCD broken (pic of issue included)

Hi all,
My daughter has the SCP-2400 and the main LCD has stopped working. It just shows the backlight with some lines across the screen (see pic below). The outside LCD still works and she can still use the phone but can't see anything on the inside LCD. Any ideas on this?

sprint store...........insurance? has it been exposed to water?

$55 is a beautiful thing actully. if your lucky go to a sprint store show them the damage, pay $55 and they'll give you a brand new handset. but i doubt your problem is repairable, which means they will give u a new phone.

if you have tep and go to the store they should give it to you for free. ive done 4 insurance claims thru the store since december and they have not charged me yet.

Honestly, it LOOKS to me exactly like my 8200 did...

She cracked the screen somehow.

That's not very good, you might end up paying a repair price or for a new handset the list $169.99 for a new 2400...
