hi there - i read through the FAQ and did not see this listed.

i just got a new katana yesterday and had my entire phonebook impored over from my previous sprint phone (200+ contacts)

when i receive a text message on the katana it only shows the phone number, not the name of the number its coming from (ie john, mary etc)

how can i make it show the persons name? ive already sent the wrong message to the wrong people...

You may have to remove the 1 infront of numbers if you have it.

I had the same problem before. Some phones recognize the 1, some don't.
