Not sure if this is the right place to put this but couldnt figure a better spot.

Am having a problem with On Demand/movies on my Samsung M610. On Demand itself works great but when I go to the movie section and select time it asks me if I would like to go to hollywood.com to purchase tickets. I figured this would be awesome to do and a feature I would use often but it keeps giving me an error everytime I try.

The message basically reads as follows ....

Movie Ticket
Purchase

Running Time:
AMX Tallahassee Mall 20
12:00 am, the morning of
Wednesday December 31, 1969

There is a problem processing your request

Automation error.
(300)


So basically, it looks like either On Demand is not sending the right information to hollywood.com or hollywood.com is messed up.

Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, I tried that this weekend on my Q.
Spent over an hour trying it cause it was saying card number mismatch or that error above.
I re-inputted my data a hundred times it felt.

funny, I was also in FL when it happened. (Tampa)

I think it is a problem with the website hollywood.com because when I go to their website on my computer it cant seem to find any movie theaters in Florida....


Edit : nvm, I just tried the site again and was able to pull up florida zipcodes. Dunno what the problem was before. So still wondering if the problem is their website or on demand.

I am not able to make the purchase. I could see using this feature more on my phone than many others.

Maybe I will call sprint tonight. Just dont feel like being on the phone for hours and getting no where. I dont believe that I have EVER had anything resolved by sprint tech support. Actually, I dont know if I have ever had anything resolved by any tech support for any company. I usually have more look searching the net then if I dont come up with answers I post on a forum :/
