I got a SERO plan in December. I had a Vision capable phone. I upgraded to the m610 which is a Power Vision capable phone. When I activated the phone my unlimited after 7pm became after 9pm and I got regular vision. I've made several calls and each rep said I would get the unlimited after 7pm and Powervision just as described in the SERO site.
Apparently they can't do this. I can only get unlimited after 7pm with regular Vision or after 9pm with Power Vision. They also took my unlimited Picture and Video mail away.
Am I wrong in thinking that I should be able to get a Power Vision and after 7pm for a Power Vision Phone just as the SERO site says?
Should I email ecare and see what happens?
