Yup, good luck getting a CSR To tell you it though. lots of trouble in store for the rep that does and they change it frequently.

I think I read somewhere it changes often. It's not that hard to dial *2 and say cancel... You shouldn't have to call retentions so many times that you need a direct number though

I called *2 and said, "Cancel," once. I got a rep with a heavy accent who said he would transfer me to a department who has access to more plans, so I'm guessing I didn't get retentions. And then he hung up on me. :lol:

Sometimes you must call often - do the research on when the best times to contact and what to say and good luck!

Yes retentions has a land line number. However I would only use it if it is an emergency. *2 & stating cancel will take you to Account Services/Retentions. I only use Retentions if a true un-justice/issue can not be resolved. Abuse of Retentions is not advisable. If it an issue Retentions can not/will not solve there always is executive services.
