Does it have those scratch marks on the front by the LED from it rubbing on the rubber piece or whatever? Or any other scratches I cant see in your pictures.

Not yet. But, maelawncare ship his phone today using USPS Express Mail. An I will ship this phone on Wednesday... or probably on Tuesday...
