Any reason why I can send pics but not recieve them?

Odd. Try going to a store (if possible) and having them expire and unexpire your PictureMail pack on your account. That should reconfigure the "backend" account settings and restore you PicMail account. However, do NOT do this if you have anything to do with free PicMail grandfathered on your account, because chances are you will probably lose it.

Some other things to consider:
--If sender is a different carrier, they could be having issues on their end.
--Can you access Vision? I have seen not being able to acess Vision cause issues with PicMail.
--Call into *2 and have them open a Trouble Ticket on it. There is a backend program that allow detailed account troubleshooting in PicMail.

I have the same problem, but it is hit or miss.

Sometimes I receive the picture mail, other times not. I am always able to send and the pictures are ALWAYS viewable when I go online and access my pic mail account.

I test this by using my phone and my wife's phone (both A920's - could that be the problem?) but it is random when the pic will go through or not. This is the situation for both phones.

I have gone through all the usual steps (even spoke with customer support after which it worked for awhile), but do not have time to waste holding with Support for a possible solution to something I do not use that often (I just want it to work when I want to use it).

Any thoughts on fixing this?
