It will be highly unlikely, in you get anything but rumors. Miami never had any warning. It just appeared out of the blue.

Data card users have been able to tell when the equipment is being tested by putting Sprint Connection Manager on Roaming Only, then seeing if a Rev A signal is being received (that will not accept a connection) by mousing over the signal strrngth bars while the SID indicates 0 (##debug#>Data Service). An SID of 0 indicates a Sprint signal.

I see Sprint and VZW are making lots of announcements lately on Rev A. Atlanta area still waiting, surprisingly.
