I've seen one or two who have both FIMF and FIM, which makes no sense since one is not necessary if you have the other. Guess people are blowing smoke or are just that greedy as to what they can get on their plans.
Like one stated before, it all depends on if you had FIMF before the free Unlimited Incoming add-on. Now if one were to try for FIMF after having received free incoming already, then that would be pure stupidity.
And to make things look less suspicious, I hope that most "smart" members have went online and removed the FIMF if they have both on their account. Like Future says, it makes no sense to have both on your account. Just draws unnecessary attention to you.
[off topic a little, but helpful info]
I have confirmed with regular reps, corporate business reps, and account services reps that FIMF is the only one that will work with Simply Everything 450/900 plans. The free and $5.00 Unlimited Incoming add-ons will not successfully apply to the system for these plans. And if already on your account when upgrading to the Simply Everything plans, it has to be removed by the rep prior to saving the new plan change on your account.

I wouldn't mind getting FIM and free calling starting at 5PM, but I feel both would be getting...kinda greedy....
I'd be satisfied with FIM.
no kidding...geez 5pm....fim is more than good enough for me

I got lucky on this one. When I got my second line it was after they started offering unlimited texting. I just politely asked would it be possible to get this on my other accounts. I mentioned that I brought my sister mother and brother over to sprint. She said no problem and updated all our accounts to include the texting.
Was very nice of them I appreciated it. I have been with sprint a very long time (for me its about the phones and the pricing and sprint is the best in this regard most of the time)
When I got my first cell phone I walked into radio shack and said I would like the Sanyo 6200. They asked me if I had looked as verizon's offerings as well and I just said does verizon have the 6200? :-)
I am glad I got sprint they are VERY fair in there pricing though this call forwarding crap for my voicemail is really angering me. :-)
I WOULD LOVE to get that pick 3 thing. I got a call a few weeks ago offering me 10% to renew my contract. I turned it down (its only $3 a month discount not worth a new contract) but if they call again I will counter offer that pick 3 thing. :-)
I am switching to a PPC 6700 so I can get my tethering back. Other than that I could not ask for more from sprint and my service. Impeccable.
Customer support can be annoying but IN the end they ALWAYS make things right.

Hey nerys
It seems that pick 3 code is now pulled out of the system so no reps can add it to an account!
I tried to get it added to my friend's account the other day, and the account services rep tried everything he could to add it, but couldn't do it cause it was pulled or locked out of the system.
On a side note we were having a friendly conversation and he was like yea all of us were just talking here and apparently there is some site that you can use to get sprint feature codes for your account.
I'm like o really, then casually I'm like what site is that?
He is like I don't know, it's like firewall.com or something.
I got a good laugh out of this cause I knew he was probably talking about SU or slick deals but I wasn't about to tell him that! The thing is it is against our policy to post codes anyways, but he probably is referring to the tips and Tricks Discussion board.
So it seems like some sprint employees know about these kind of sites but don't know exactly know how to get to them.
I know we have sprint employees on this board but I am just taking about some less tech savvy employees who maybe have heard from customers about this site or heard more rumors about sites like this from other employees.
SprintUsers.com was created in January 2002 as a resource for users of Sprint PCS products and services to learn about and share information. We have cll phone reviews, Cellular Accessories, Downloads, PDA reviews, Ringtones, all of the latest Sprint PCS news and information, an area where you can find help in creating a ring tone or custom image for you phone, and so much more. The most popular section is the message board where visitors can read and write messages, ask questions, and get advice about their cellular phone from other users.
