PAM deals.

I have been with sprint for 7+ years. Have 5 phones on the account, run about $140 a month total. My phones have a mix of half rate vision prices along with 1/3 rate text prices and what not that I have been offered over the years. Usually if I want to add a service I would call up and they would quote me the listed price then I would ask them if they could do any better and about 90% of the time they would offer it for half price( meaning no reoccurring credit but its listed as half price on my bill).

Anyways recently I wanted to add PAM to my Treo. And I cant get anything better than the listed $40 a month... Has anyone been able to do better? I figured if I am going to pay $40 a month I might as well get the faster data card...But I am holding off until I see if people are getting any special offers on PAM.

One last thing a few months ago I was sent a letter in the mail form sprint offering 10% off my account if I extended my contract... Well I called up telling them the paper I had gave them in the info and junk and I spoke to 3 different CS reps along with a supervisor since they could only manage to get the 5% off.. Is it just me or is it getting harder and harder to get free stuff and discounts from sprint?

Just from a CRS Point of view, I've never seen a discounted deal on PAM even from retentions (cept on employee accounts). As far as the 10%, bring the paper to a sprint corprate store and see what they say.

Sprint is tightening up, too many people have been abusing.

None of my local sprint stores will touch my account since it is a business account, they tell me if I want anything change I need to call *2. I gave up after talking with 3 different reps, the first 1 "submitted" the paper work for my discount, the 2nd said my paper work never got submitted and she resubmitted it. The 3rd one said all they could do was a 5% not a 10%.. I guess I will just have to wait for my contract to end 10 months to go.
