Can anyone please advise me what a premium ringer charge is for $9.99? I do not remember downloading anything, nor checked the ringer download inbox for the ringers on the phone, and there is no additional ringers in this inbox. I've already written to ecare (bcc'ed the ecare1 to ecare9 for backup) to see what they have to say in regards to this premium ringer charge for $9.99!
(I mean, if it was for a 9 course 5-star Chinese meal with hot chicks serving my hot food, I'll be glad to pay $9.99 for it .. but nothing appeared in my ringer inbox, and I don't even remember how it got there in the first place.)
it might be one of 3rd party premium message type things. i got slammed when someone entered my phone number to a site i've never been. seen these ads on tv for free ringtones? well, they're not free. and if you or someone else enters your phone number, your screwed. if you call sprint, they can put a block on it. i did mine, after being forced to pay for a sight i've never even heard of.

Thank you!!!
yeah had one on my bill too that I received yesterday. Wrote e-care about this. Never heard of the site, Mobile Messenger, I think is what it said on the bill for Sprint. Almost $22.00 was mine for 1 ringer and 2 messages, never saw any of the above though.

Thanks for all your help. I am working with a person at ecare3 that took the charges off my bill and sent the instructions about it. It seems like Sprint is totally aware of the downfalls of these premium services and what people can do to rack unauthorized charges to the subscriber.

This happaned to my bf- it was 2 ringes/games for the past 2 months, totally random things (sonic the hedgehog???? lol!) and CS said the ONLY way it could have happened is on his phone or online. He did NOT download a thing ,ever, barely even knows how - anyone else have this happen? They are not recurring and not for a service, just for random ringers and games.
