*sigh* Houston will always have that memory.......the wardrobe malfunction, when we hosted the Super Bowl.

I don't care who wins; I'm watching for the commercials. The Texans suck, so....I don't care about the NFL. :)

Colts....it's Manning's time as the roles were reversed yesterday with the Colts making the key plays at the end and the Patriots making the errors

I think the only way the Bears can win is if Peyton Manning gets hurt. I just don't think the Colts will turn the ball over and Grossman won't be able to put up as many points as Manning. However this game reminds me of the Ohio State vs Florida game in terms of the under dog rising up and playing great. If the game comes down to the wire I give the edge to the Colts since Manning is more experienced but I think the Colts win by 14.

It will be interesting to see how Grossman handels the pressure. One thing that worries me is how bad the Colts did covering kick/punts against New England. Hopefully that won't be a issue with the Bears but Hester is a good returner.

Gotta go with the Colts.

I'm not an NFL fan, so I really dont' know where the talent/steaks are running, but the Coach for the Colts is from my hometown.... Go Colts.

Anyone else thinks its funny that two Midwest teams are playing in Miami for the Superbowl?

Peyton needs to win can you imagine what it would do to is legacey if Rex Grossman gets a ring before manning? this could make or break an argument for Manning being one of the best ever

Bears.............. The match up i was looking forward to when the Bears won was the Bears and the Pats......... Something about Peyton Manning and the post-season doesnt give me a good feeling about their winning the game.

Having said that........... I'm just hoping for a good game that isnt a blow out by either team.

I have to explain my answer before I give it…

I was born in Chicago and my parents moved to the northwestern part of Indiana when I was 2. So I grew up in the shadow of the city, was there at least monthly for most of my childhood because of my grandparents and aunts/uncles/cousins being there. Went to Bears games when they were still at Wrigley Field and then of course after they moved (in addition to going to Cubs and Sox and Hawks and even a few Bulls games). As an adult I did the same and when I worked downtown (Prudential Plaza, overlooking Grant Park, and yes, I was there for the first two Bulls celebrations), often taking long lunch hours (like from 1-4) at Wrigley.
My kids ended up going to state schools in Indiana, and met their spouses there and settled, in Indianapolis. The first pro football game either had been to was in the RCA Dome. My eldest child lived, until a short time ago, very near to the Colts practice facility. The players regularly visited the school where the grandkids were going. My younger child is a schoolteacher and many of the current Colt (and Pacer) players’ and execs’ children go to that school. One of the grandkids wore a Bears jersey for the first game (with Colts face-paint) and then switched to a Manning jersey for the nightcap.

I no longer live in that neck of the woods – I wish I did because there will be some serious partying going on there!

Anyway, we’ve come to this conclusion: After a mind-blowing and record-setting 15 overtime periods, the NFL calls it a draw and both teams are declared Champs!

Grossman will have to play a great game in order for the Bears to have a chance. We see how he does in pressure situations.

It's still early...Remeber New England was I think 20 up on the Colts and they came back. Grossman better start doing something or else it's going to be a long 2nd half. Bears defense is a bit tired. I'm surprised both teams have a few turnovers.
