I have a a920 and PV Plus. I haven't tried On Demand in a few weeks and yesterday tried it and it just shows me the splash screen forever and never actually goes to the On Demand start page.
Would that be a problem with my phone (I'm thinking so since I don't see any other posts about it) or is it a Sprint problem?
Can y'all get to On Demand? What can I try short of going into the store?

On demand is working great on my 920. Try updating your vision profile.

Agreed. If updating your Power Vision Profile doesn't solve the problem you might need to take your phone in. I use On Demand everyday on my Fusic without any problems.

Updating alone didn't help but I hadn't thought of trying that. I did powercycle before that and that didn't help.
But whadda you know - updating, then powercycling did the trick!
