OK - here we go!

Style/ Appearence- 4/5
Looks nice, great form factor... not a RAZR or KRZR, but still nice.

UI - 6/5
Excellent UI, deserves extra points... NO LAG AT ALL!!! and everything is pretty easy once you learn it.

Sounds - 4.5/5
Nice and clear. Not as loud as my LG, but still excellent. Unique keypad sounds and ringers...

Display - 5/5
Nice and clear and crisp... Bright, and it is perfect, no complaints

Camera - 4/5
1.3mp and it shows.. Only complaint is no zoom...

mp3 Player - 4/5
It is good, a little hard at first... to find but I got it now and works great even with flip closed.

BT - x/5
Can't rate this because I have not tried it yet...

Why I didn't choose a KRZR:
The KRZR is a nice phone and the RAZR is just as nice. I bought at costco and KRZR was not available. The Rep told me that the Sprint KRZR had been recalled numerous times already... The Verizon KRZR did not seem solid and I got all the same features here with the m500. I will elaborate later...

Continuation:

Battery Life - 4/5
It is pretty good - better than my LG!

Keypad - 3/5
Very slippery, often push wrong buttons, fingerprints - it is not bad by all means but it does take some getting used to!

Weight - 5/5
It is the lightest phone of KRZR, RAZR, etc! And I need light as I am a student...

Speakerphone - 4/5
All the settings except for the highest are fine, high gets a little worse but still better quality than my LG PM-225...

Call Quality - 5/5
Perfect. No complaints...

Why I didn't choose a KRZR:
The KRZR seems like it could break so easily and I don't want to be that over careful. I have heard terrible things about UI and music on KRZR and absolutely love Samsung UI!

OVERVIEW: Gets a 48.5 out of 55.

Continuation 3:
I hooked up my BT: gets a 5/5
Worked like a charm!

Features: 5/5
With features like Voice to Text, Dictionary, etc it is a great low cost option!
