Upgrade questions on 1 line out of 4

I have 800 shared anytime minutes on 4 lines. I am up for a $150 upgrade on line 2 (not the primary line). Questions:

If I upgrade line 2 with a Q or 6700, do I have to renew a 2 year contract on just that line or all 4 lines?

Will I get a better deal if I wait until my contract expires in June? The other 3 are up for the $150 bucks in April. I'm willing to wait until June if I can get better deals on maybe M1s or Fusics for those lines and a Q for the line that's up for the rebate now.

Line 1 $70 Premium Vision $10 , Insurance $6
Line 2 AAP Free, Vision Pictures Pack $5, Insurance $6, 100 free texts
Line 3 AAP $10, Premium Vision $5, No Insurance
Line 4 AAP Free, Premium Vision $ 5, Insurance $6

you only have to renew the agreement on the line you upgrade.

if the whole account is not under a contract, a better offer will likely be made then.
