Hi everyone, I am about to buy a Sanyo M1, but I also wanted to use the bluetooth capability of it to go online through my Dell Axim pocket PC. First of all, is this possible to do with this phone? If so, do I only need power vision for $15/month, or do I need to sign up for the unlimited data plan through sprint which is $40/month. Thanks!

What about if I buy a Samsung phone? I read in some other threads that some samsung phones are capable of doing this, even though it is against the TOS.

Yes they are, however again like you just said it is against their TOS.
