so i text alot.... ALOT
my phone was acting fine for like first few weeks i got it
but it hink when i hit the 2000 + mark my phone started acting weird
people trying to send me text wont even get to me until like half an hour or an hour later than it was sent.
anyone have this problem also?
i talked to my other friend that has a white katana and she said that she has the same problems
is it sprint or the katanas?
because i know katanas are kinda.... ****ty
cant wait to get a treo though =D

No, its Sprint. Theres times when my texts go through instantly, and others where several hours can elapse before the message is delivered.
Kind of annoying when you get to where you're going, and settle down, then after being there for an hour, their phone goes off with a text you sent while on your way over there. *shrug*

Usually my texting 'experience' has gone great with Sprint. Well I guess Not all the time, but usually. But i can agree also that lately.. it's gone horrible.
When using AIM SMS The texts have lately either not gone through.... or they've been extremely delayed. Furthermore, International Texts (Specifically to Australia and Israel) haven't made it... at all... ever. I hope the fix it soon. :( I'm an avid 'texter' also.
The Only Problem I Had Txt Is That I Talk And Txt All The Time And Some Phones Cant Handel It And They Lock Up And Sprint Has To Give Me A New One

I'm having issues with texting w/ Samsung A900
I've did a accidental full romReset, 038 in debug menu.
Did a NV Restore and got phone working on network :)
Talked to *2 sprint rep and got more things fixed (vision access was dead).
Here's the problem ...
I do not receive any texts unless I make a call. I'll call voicemail and see 6 to 10 texts trickle down within about 20 seconds.
I noticed, that MSID in my ##myMSLno# menu is usually reset to 00000000 randomly throughout the day. This was one of the things spint had me fix on my frist call to *2.
Vision died on second day, second call to *2, rep said that MSID had nothing to do with my vision and refused to go and check even though I mentioned that it was a fix the previous rep suggested. I argued with them for a second saying that this worked two times before, but I forgot my MSL code and just decided to let the rep do his thing. He said OTA programming would occur for my phone at mid-night and was told not to use vision for 2-3 hours.
Well this fixed vision issues, but now I've got the above mentioned text issue.

i've had that problem usually when i'm home. i have to call my cell from my housephone to get some texts sometimes. and times stamps are always off by five minutes or even more. yeah and people make fun of people for calling their own cell phone, we have a reason why lol.

Got more problems . . .
I'm not receiving incoming calls. Everything is sent to voicemail.
