So here am I stoked to get my m1. I had the 8400 right before this one and only upgraded because it was the latest and greatest Sanyo and wanted to try it out. I was very impressed with the photo and video quality. I had the phone for 1 full day, when all of a sudden after taking one last photo my camera stopped working. I push the camera button (from either the inside or the side) and all it does is go to the main screen. So, I tried the camcorder, and same thing. Not too happy! :irked: Is anyone else having the same issue? Or is my friend really that ugly and broke my camera? Called CS and a new one is on the way, just curious if this is a common problem.

:fingers: havent had that issue yet with mine.
just curious tho... dial ##786# on your phone... hit ok.. 'reset default' .. enter msl... see if that would fix the issue.

That was the first thing I tried, and still no go. Hopefully, I have that "bad apple" in the bunch and it is an isolated problem.

I was hopeful when I reset it, but still no-go. It still just goes to the wallpaper when I push the camera button. Thank you though.

##5282277# restores apps.
my flash has stopped working. i am not willing to reset at the moment. however, i have tried the power off, and leaving the battery off. i talked to a sprint rep here in town yesterday, and said once they receive them here in stores, if they can not get the flash to work, they would exchange it, and replace my phone book. my current m1 kinda kreeks, or just doesnt feel solid. so, i am looking forward to getting a replacement. my boss just got one, and his feels very solid, not like mine.
