So the other day I was streaming the NFL Network on my M1 and kept getting errors with the handset closed saying "General Media Playback Error" or something to that effect. I had been watching everything on the external screen while at work (Sprint Kiosk, so it's encouraged anyway so we advertise the phones and their capabilities).

This happened a few times, so I tried loading the NFL network up through the NFL application instead of through the media player. Same thing. I took my battery out of the phone and let it sit for about 45 seconds, then started it back up and didn't have any problems for about 30 minutes, then it started doing it again. I tried loading a different Sprint TV channel on there, and Fox News was doing the same thing after a little while.

Just this morning I was streaming ESPN Radio through my phone on the Sprint Radio application and got the same error. It just came up once, and I just hit the "Retry" button and it reloaded the application and has been streaming fine for about 15 minutes now.

Is anyone else having problems similar to this? I really like the M1, but I'm already on my second one due to bad bluetooth reception/connection with my different headsets.

Thanks in advance!
