While I consider myself a computer geek and phone hoe, I am ashamed to confess that I am a BT virgin. I have no experience with Bluetooth. So, I would like some opinions on which headsets or accessories work well.

Moto H700: I've heard a lot about this headset, but how is the volume?

Plantronics: More expensive, but are they worth it? Are they better then the Motos?

The BT rearview mirrors they sell on ebay give me a chub. Anybody use one? How is it?

I like the Parrott BT thingy, simply because a photo will pop up, but it's way more money then the rearview mirrors on ebay and ..... I have some ugly friends and it's not that important to see their fugly faces while I'm driving. A few of them may scare the crap out of my passengers.

Know that place. Where they post ringers. Which screen section is for the M1? I haven't been there in a long time and now they changed everythng around I have no clue what size screen to use for my DLs.

Oh yeah, one last question. Will the car charger/USB cable off the 9K work on the M1.

I'm using the plantronics 510 bluetooth headset and it works great with my M1. The headset is big but I've tried 3 or 4 different ones and like the 510 the best. It doesn't bother my ear and the eapiece volume is louder then any other headset I've tried. I think you can get one for around $40 $50 bucks on the web.

i got the wep200 or whatever. teeny tiny samsung one. not the greatest in noise cancellation in a busy room, but i cant imagine any bt besides the huge jabra one is any good at it.

I use the SE HB608 and the Jabra JX10 with my M1; and they both perform quite well. I like the fit and comfort of the JX10 better but some people say I sound like I am far away while talking with the JX10. The 608 works just as well but isn't as comfortable as the Jabra.

I love my Plantronics 640. Small, great sound, lightweight, great accessories, comfortable for extended periods and surprisingly good battery life. Only $60 at buy.com right now, was $150 when it first came out.

Thinking hard about the Aliph Jawbone, however.

Just wanna be clear here. Looks like I will be able to listen to my music in the BT if I use the HT820? Are there any other bt headsets that will allow me to use it as a headset for calls, and also listen to music? Would like to be able to hear ringtones through the headset and not just a serious of tones.

I got the h500 but didnt know it wasnt compatible with playing music on the m1. i have a few friends who have different model phones but use the h500 and can listen to music just fine...weird???

Vibrating while in your ear? Something about that is strange...maybe its just a subtle vibrate so it doesn't damage anything

Anyway, is the ht700 the consensous best when it comes to headsets? I just got my M1 today and I'm looking to buy a headset soon. Also, where did you guys buy yours? Any good sales?
