According the Phonenews.com firmware tracker, the current firmware version for the Katana is 1.001SP. When I check the current version on my phone, it is only 1.000SP, yet when I use the 'update phone' feature in my tools, I get nothing. Anyone have any idea how I can update my phone without having to take to a sprint customer service rep?? Thanks in advance for any help.

if it wont do it over the air there is no other way to update than to go into a store

mine did the update over the air fine, haven't noticed any real difference in it though

i did the update today but haven't noticed any changes.

mine updated over the air also.. but keeps wanting to do something else, not sure what exactly it is..
