Hi everyone, i am hoping you can all help me out. I have been a sprint customer since '01, so far very satisfied. I recently added a second line for my fiancee in Nov. I have heard a lot about this sero stuff. i was wondering if i could sign up for sero and carry over both numbers and still get the benefits of sero. I would also like to get a new phone through the sero plan since i have the samsung a880. let me know if you could help or have any suggestions about what would be the best way of doing this if possible. thanks!

Alot of it depends on how long you've been with sprint as far as the new phone portion goes. However you can get existing lines switched to sero if you get the right rep who knows what they're doing (alot of sprint reps don't even know what sero is... I'll leave it at that).

You'll want to see http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=120523 for the ongoing sero discussion.

Like jschurawlow said, if you get the right rep through *2, you can have existing lines switched to a SERO plan. The same upgrade rules apply though. You'll need to be eligible for either your $75 or $150 rebate to get a new phone if you don't wanna pay full price.

P.S. - Since this thread will eventually be closed by a mod, you'll want to continue SERO discussion in the Tips & Tricks forum.

It worked for me, I had a existing account, didn't get a new phone (got instant credits for one and more though  ), and kept my original number. Its all about the rep, it really is....... :)
