Help! I turned my phone on this morning and it says I'm in digital roam. I've never seen this before and I'm not sure what to do. I don't know if it's even good or bad.

Sprint customer service is useless....your help is appreciated!

*update - I turned the phone off and back on, now the digital roam is off. What the heck happened?

Well the phone just went into roaming for a bit, happends all the time, if you go to the settings menu, and choose roaming then you can turn roaming off. I think most plans right now have free roaming so there is nothing to worry about.
