View Full Version : Any way to get rid of the icons on the external display?
While you are watching video on the internal display, you have 3 display options. One for small size with icons (icons being the control indicators), one for large size (horizontal) with icons and one for large size without icons which essentially just lets you see the actual video on the screen with no icons/indicators showing.
When you have a video playing on the external display, you have the indicators taking up 1/3 of the screen over top of the video. Just wondering if there was any way to remove them like you can for the internal...
Knew I shoulda checked before I posted the question...
You can eliminate them by changing the display options on the internal screen, then if you close the flip, the video will play in the same way on the outside, just not in landscape mode if you have it set to landscape.
If you start up the media player from the outside, you get the indicators and I don't think there is any way to disable them without opening the flip.
