Hey everyone, I'm new to this website. Today i just got my Sprint Sero Plan which is awesome. My GF best friend works for Sprint. She just told me today that Sprint is offering SERO to the public till december 31st. Just dial *2 and let them know you wanna switch, but you gotta tell them it's on promotion cause if not they'll tell you to go to the web. I did it in one try and took me less than 5 minutes and the lady has only been there for 2 months :)

Thanks for the tip, however it's been mentioned a few times actually.

Welcome to Sprint Users! :wavey:

It is an excellent promotion. New customers can signup at sprint.com/sero with the email address openaccess@sprint.com. Affiliate markets are excluded from the offer.

After many calls to many Sprint numbers, Sprint still refuses to give me SERO and in fact accused me of trying to defraud them. It is really crummy to tag my account as a "criminal".

You're the second person to mention your account was flagged for fraud.

I can't imagine what you said when asking for sero that would make the rep do that.

This is also why you ask about sero PRIOR to giving them your account information.

I think I am the same person who brought up the fraud thing in another message string.

When you contact Sprint they "demand" you give them your phone number, name, and password before helping you. I didn't think it would help make them more cooperative by starting out by denying them my info. :deal:

Continue this in the "main" SERO thread :)
