Is there an easy way for me to find out when my contract ends without having to call Sprint?

Also, is there any way to find out exactly how long I have been with Sprint? I think it's been at least 4 years, but I don't remember.

I believe you'll have to call. They seem to be very wierd about letting the info out any other way. :bang:

Sure there is other way.

https://manage.sprintpcs.com/specialoffers/RebateWelcome.do

click on the link and on the right hand side enter your phone number and billing zip code and it'll tell you when u can upgrade meaning when your contract expires...

I stand corrected on that aspect of it. :)

BTW don't worry too much about the upgrade eligibility dates, I don't and I still get my credits thanks to account services.

Hmmm..so I guess my contract is up in March (?).

Wayne: I was thinking about new phones :)

I'd like to get new phones now (preferrably Samsung M610 I'm thinking) and then attempt to switch to SERO.

Any advice?

Well.............

Thats not exactly true. Since the rebate clock is/was reset everytime you switched handsets, upgrade, contract renewal or no........

Its quite possible for your contract date and your upgrade date to be different.

Common misconception.......

Hmmm...I believe I did extend my contract 2 years at the time I got this current phone.

Your "Contract End Date" and "Phone Upgrade Date" could be different dates.

For example, last March I agreed to extend my contract for 2 years in exchange for a 15% loyalty discount and free vision on all 3 lines. My contract will not expire now until March 2008 on all three lines. However, my 2 year phone upgrade date is 1/1/2007 for one line and 11/1/2007 for the other two lines. Those dates coincide with the last phone upgrades for each line.

You can email ecare and ask for your contract end date.

Understood.

I'm thinking they might coincide in my case because the last time I agreed to an extension was when I upgraded my previous phones to these phones (8200).

I'll probably contact eCare just to verify. Thanks.

OOps I guess its my fault. You guys are right. Those two dates could be different. However, in many cases it is usually the same because most people upgrade the phone and contract at same time but its not always true.
