Alright so heres my problem. I went to pay my phone bill at the Sprint store. I used the machine and on the receipt it said there was a problem authorizing payment with my Debit card. I checked my bank account and $60.69 was withdrawn from my account but wasn't credited to my Sprint account and my Sprint account shows that I still owe $60.69. So what I want to know is has this happened to anyone else ? Am I overreacting ? And what should I do ? Thank you in advance to all who reply.

Show your receipt to the Sprint store person and have them adjust your account.

Incorrect, you have to call care and then fax some information over, then we submit a case to our payments group

You will probably need to contact your bank and get the info on that transaction to prove to sprint that the money was withdrawn by sprint. A temporary credit should be issued by sprint while investigating the problem.
