I want to get a family member added to my current plan (in sig). I talked to a rep and they told me they couldn't do anything with my plan because it was created by retentions. So, who is best to call? Retentions or executive services? I'm thinking retentions might not be the best place to look because I just re-upped for 2 years... but maybe they don't take that into account.

Also, if I can get a line added to my plan, how much would it be? $20? $10? Any possibility of it being free? Thanks in advance for any info/advice.

Edit: A little more information on my plan. Its 1000 minutes for $50. Then I have PV, unlimited text, 7pm minutes all added on, and then a credit for each. So my base plan is the 1k minutes for 40.

Funny, you want to spend more money and they're saying they can't help you. In any case, I'd probably call retention if they're the ones who set you up with your current plan.

Can't really help you on how much it costs though. I keep seeing AAP for $9.99. Is AAP the same thing as adding a line?

Do you have a discount for your employer? For example United Parcel service employees get 23% off.

You need to speak to retentions if you want to change anything on the plan. they can set you up with the additional AAP and you can negotiate a $10/month fee as opposed to the $20 they will want.

Whats happening is regular CS is seeing your on a Z code plan (retentions) and they dont want to touch it. Some CS supervisior can help you, and all retentions staff can help you also. Dont expect to get freebies on the new line, just to have your free 7pm nights cary over to it. If your very lucky you may get 500 free texts thrown in.
