People whom email/IM with Retention Questions

Hey Guys,

I just want to put this out. I get zillions of emails, IM's etc from users on this forum, and some other forum which banned me because I was so...helpful. Due to that kind of helpfulness that resulted in a ban. I am no longer helping anyone any longer in cyberspace. Since you don't know who you're talking to, it's not happening any longer. I've had actual problems which have resulted in my enoumous discounts. I will help people out in person in the Chicagoland area, and will help people out if a mod will vouch for the person.

As SprintGold says, pay your bill, it's not that difficult. Yes I agree, that text should not cost the prices is does, and will continue to assist on getting that discounted, but for people asking for the absolutely off the wall options, thats not happening.

And I typically do chime in with a suggestion or two... My issue is with the people who email or IM me for step by step "How to screw Sprint in an hour" instructions for toddlers.

I would like to change my 6th line to be added to my 2500 minute plan....I am told I can only share 4? I want to share 5, and suggestions?

BTW....I am NOT asking to have it for free like yours....I would like to pay the $10.00 + like on 3 of my other four AAPs

Actually, Unless you do it free, it won't work.

When you pay 9.99 or $10 depending on your plan, the billing system will catch exactly how many lines you have on your account (4, or 5 depending on your plans limits) and kick out any extras. But when you have them all as 0.00 Line 2's on the account, You can extend "Line 2" to be all the way to line....980 bazillion. The possibilities are endless on both F&F & F&C that include free vision and text on the secondary lines. You can be honest like you intend to be, but this line would have to be free just because of the limitations of the system.

Also it helps if you explain it's an emegency only use phone for an elderly family member. Works like a charm for those extra lines over the limits.

DJ i pretty much have what u got, all lines are free but i have 4 u have a tad bit more lol after all the credits and what not, i end up at 45 ish
now r u paying for ESRP?? cause that alone on all lines is 9 lines X $6 per line = $54
but i have a feeling youre not, i was wondering, how can i pull that off? will save me another 20 per month

First of all thanks for the tips and help you provide. Now here is my question. I was a Sprint employee that was spun off into Embarq, we had unlimited pcs services and they run out on Dec. 31st. I'm no longer going to be under an employee plan and i'm trying to figure out the best plan to jump into. I've been looking into the SERO plan but it seems it is not an easy transition. Any tips or words of wisdom that you can provide on a plan would be greatly appreciated.

Jay, For starters, You best bet is trying to obtain the F&F Plans with $5 for every 100, They are difficult to come by, So your 2nd best bet would actually end up being getting your hands on the $5.00 for 50 plans, Anything is better than the 5 for 30!!

Nothing says "Screw you Sprint" like an educated customer who tells them how to do their job!

And Yes, I have ESRP and I have Vision at $10.00 with a reoccuring $10 credit, Text at $2.50 credit with a $8.00 credit. Plus the NVP discount. $18.50 is total for each line before taxes credits and adjustments. I get 70% off the main line, and pay $1.75 on each additional line.

And one last thing Jay...Lucky you, You got out alive.
