That's better than before, but most of us already have contracts with Sprint and wouldn't be able to get SERO, as for the most part, you need to be a new customer. I know there have been exceptions, but it's pretty much the rule, right?

Yeah, that's how I got SERO. I was switched over. Course, I did that several months ago when it seemed a bit easier to do.
