Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. I will be happy to assist you regarding your account.
Sprint appreciates your loyalty and am glad that your experience with us has been a good one. However, I am unable to assign the 6pm offpeak to your account through the e-mail venue. To receive offers you will have to call Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-4727 and speak to a Sprint Specialist in the retention department. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. Sprint values you as a customer. Have a great day!

Depends on your plan value and what other discounts / perks you get with sprint. I'd bet that sprint will want to do something to lock you up if your a good paying customer, so long as your plan with that "freebie" is still a good revenue generator.

Well right now im only getting the 15% federal employee discount, a credit for free 7pm n&w, and a credit for my 5$ unlimited txt messaging. I always pay my bill on time, in fact ahead of time and have never failed to make a payment.

With the plan in your signature, you are somewhat likely to find a rep to give you the 6pm nights. It may be an offer that has to come from retentions.
Call *2, say "cancel service" and tell the rep who answers that eCare told you to speak to retentions about adding 6pm nights for free. Hopefully you will speak to the right department and they will let you know your status.
