Can't add on the 10% loyalty discount

I renewed for another two years under the new unlimited after 7pm SERO plan. Part of the deal was I would get an additional 70 dollar debit card. Afterwards I was offered 10% loyalty discount instead of the 70 dollar debit card. I declined but changed my mind. My SERO plan doesn't go into effect until the 12th. I called and they can't give me the 10% off and cancel the debit card which is weird since they won't sent the debit card out to me until 30 days after my new SERO contract is in effect. If they haven't sent out the debit card I don't see why they can just add the 10% off and cancel the debit card.

Should I call back or email? I don't feel like waiting another month and change to apply the gift card to a phone upgrade. I guess if I'm stuck until January maybe the Q will be out. :fingers:

What's the likely hood I call back after I get my debit card to get Sprint to add the 10% discount?
