Yes...The discount (NVP / Loyalty) you have removes some of the charge for the N&W option. Then the remaining charges are refunded through the credit. The credit will not refund more than the price you are charged for the service.

?? i am a little unclear of your explanation.if you have a 25% monthly recurring credit and you are charged $10 per month for 6 pm option the discount takes $2.50 from $10, making it $7.50. now you have a $10 credit towards the 6 pm nights and weekends. would you not get credited the remaining $7.50?

I think the point Internet2000 was making is that you are getting N&W for free at 6PM, which is a $10 charge. If you have a 25% discount, then the cost is actually $7.50 to you. If they were to credit you $10 on your account, you'd actually be making $2.50 on the deal, thus the -7.50 on your bill. In the end it is a net of $0 both ways.

Thanks for the clarification.that also explains why i get a partial credit of $5 for 7 pm Nights and wends.it is due to my discounts.

Heh... mine do the same thing. Try figuring out with a loyalty discount and an employee discount....

I have three lines and on only one of them are the discounts adjusted to reflect the NVP.

at one point in time, for a while I was actually receiving the full $10 credit for free 6pm nights and another $5 credit for M2M, while having my 10% loyalty discount.... then was same for when I got the 20% loyalty discount...

somewhere soon after they started crediting just the partial amounts and I was no longer being paid for my free stuff heh was nice while it lasted....

Here's a question for you.

I originally had Sprint with Free N&W starting at 6, free text messaging and the first incoming minute free on my account. I then, for whatever reason switched to Nextel (I know I know...it was the two way man, I know most people don't understand, but it's convenient [especially when all your friends have it]). I switched back to Sprint today b/c of the roaming, better text messaging, and faster data transmission speeds.

My question is whether or not you guys think I'll still be able to get those perks re-added to my account. It was my understanding that those were just promotional for a while. Any suggestions?
