i am having problems with my samsung a920. whenever i sign on the web and try logging off it keeps getting stuck on the screen that says logging off. the only way i can get this taken off is by turning of the phone by taking out the battery. from what i have heard from sprint that they have discontinued the a920. if i the waranty plan on my acct. if i get the phone replaced would i be receiving the a920 or a compareable phone? if it is a compareable phone does anyone know which one i might get? and what do you think is the possiblity of getting the $50 deductible waived on this?
