I had ur same plan but after talking to retention an Ecare, my AAP cost is now $10 and n/w free at 6:00. Try first Ecare they will help u with n/w. If u want AAP for less, you will have to talk to retention. Just my 2 cents.

If possible, do so from another email service than sprints vision email.

if you change the number after the ecare and before the @ and send it to multiple using dans method you can also get multiple replies

edit:

an example would be

ecare
ecare1
ecare2
etc im not sure how high it goes but i know at least to 3

I suggest signing up for a free email service like gmail or yahoo mail. If you have no personal computer access, your best bet is to use a friends computer or perhaps one at a local public library to do your emailing from.

Also, sprint needs to know the email is actually from you. Therefore it is adviseable to send them: Account holders name, your mobile number, billing address. Do not give account number or billing password via email to them.

I hope this is somewhat helpful!

thanks Dan for your advise. early this morning i received 3 different responses from ecare all asking for the info you posted.i replied with the necessary info.a couple of responses were that they would like to help me with free 6 pm nights once the info is received.what is strange is that when i send an email i get an auto response within 1 minute that says email could not be received due to illegal domain name.but yet ecare is receiving my emails. i just dont get a confirm of such.anyways i will keep you posted. i responded with the info 2 hours ago and waiting for a response.

Sprint says 24-48 hours...I have personally gotten responses within 24 hours sometimes as quick as 10 minutes. Although you should receive a confirmation email almost immediately after submitting your email otherwise it did not go through.

I get confirmations saying not received due to illegal domain name yet ecare has responded to my emails so far as my previous posts state.
i would be more secure whth a positive confirm though.

It has been ery difficult to get 6pm nights since the price went from $10 to $20. My girlfriend has been trying for weeks to get it. Good luck and let us know if you are able to get it!

it is still $10 for 1 line and $20 for more than 1 line which is considered a family plan.this is what i was told at the store when the rep called to get me 6 pm minutes.now i am trying e care.
i have a free and clear plan not really a family plan though with 2 additonal lines of which the third i was able to get for $10 instead of $20.

With the discounted 3rd line, you may have to shoot for 6pm nights for $10 as opposed to free.

Any shared minutes plan is likely considered a "family" plan by sprint.
