View Full Version : Voice Phone Number Ringer on 8400

I recently upgraded my phone from a Sanyo 7400 to an 8400. The 7400 had a ringer feature that would announce the called ID on the incoming caller. It would actually speak the caller's phone number or the caller's name so that I would know who is calling. How do I enable this useful feature on the 8400?

Are you sure that it doesn't have this feature? If you are using a BT headset and the phone is not readily visible, how do you know who is calling?

record your voice as an audio file on your pc and follow directions in the other thread concerning custom ringtones.
