Here's the short story. I returned my KRZR that I paid cash for outright for $431.99 to a sprint store. A representative told me the day before that if I return it and get the refund credited back to my account, I could use that to buy the Sanyo-M1. So I call customer service and put in my order. Everything goes smoothly. I forget to ask for a tracking number. I call back in to find it and no one seems to be able to get it, and just keeps telling me it hasn't shipped yet. Monday is here and I call again. They tell me they see the note that the $431.99 from my KRZR was supposed to be credited to my account, but they don't see the money so that is why they canceled my order for the M1. WHERE IS MY MONEY THEN?! Im on the phone right now on hold because of this!
