I called to cancel my service after 7 yrs (my contract expired back in March) and I was offered the following:
Fair and Flexible which includes:
450 anytime
7pm nights
Free nights and weekends
No roaming
Mobile to Mobile
Unlimited Texting
The New Motorala Razor V3m $50.00 (no mail in rebate)
20% loyalty
All for 31.99
I did except, however, I forgot to ask for free vision.........do you think they would give it to me now?
I thought of emailing them and state that I was told over the phone that they would give it to me when I called to cancel, just to see if they would give it to me...........what do you think?

Wow...Nice plan! It may not be a bad idea to call account services back and just explain you would like vision and were wondering if there is a plan that would allow you to get those services less than $15.

Another thought, you could email e-care and ask the question. They may not give you much more since your plan is so good.

They offered you a regular plan with a 20% loyalty discount and a cheap phone. Big deal? Especially for 7 years of service...

I think the current option is 500 free (since it's not available anymore) or unlimited for 8 dollars.

Your plan is a good one. I would definately ask for the Power Vision for $20 with a $10 credit each month.
This gives you the Power Vision Picture Mail for just $10 a month.
I would call back to Retentions, say that they did not add the PV like they said they would. Make it seem it is a simple oversight. They should correct it w/o a problem.
You CAN go for the $15 PV w/o Picture mail and with the $10 credit would make it $5. Up to you.
Let me know.

Good plan and price! I'm pleased to see you got Mobile to Mobile. For me its the BEST feature Sprint offers. Since I got it along with Sprint to Home I'm in hog heaven! :haha:

Hey guys, I just got off the phone with retentions. I told them I just checked my new plan out online and I didn't see where the young lady that I spoke with last week added the vision plan that she offered me for free. The Rep looked over the notes, apologized and added the power vision pack for the life of my contract.

I received the Motorazr V3m (Grey) on Wednesday of last week through retentions. I have had problems with it since day one. It won't hold a charge for more than an hour, even when it's not in use. I have trouble making calls on it. I have to constantly turn it on an off in order for my calls to get connected. I called Sprint over the weekend. The department was closed that handles replacing the phone. My question is........Should I just get another razr or should I try something else? Any suggestions? I had the Sanyo 8300 previously and I like it very well. I've heard alot of negative things about the razrs. :irked:

Aren't you still within the time frame to return it?
