Greetings!! I have an ancient Sanyo SCP-4700, and I'm finally looking to upgrade and add 2 phones for my elderly parents and cousin. According to the SprintPCS web site, it looks like I have 2 upgrade credits for $75 and $150, which I have never used. Wonder if they are stackable? They do say 2 year commitment, or I get only half the credits.

Anyway, here's my current plan:

$40 = fair & flexible gross cost
includes 500 min ($35), 7 pm N/W ($5)
minus 25% employer discount
$33.09 = net cost

Here's what I want:

Treo 700mx - for me
Sanyo 8400 - for elderly parents
Sanyo 8400 - for cousin

Free Powervision (want unlimited EVDO - email & web) on the 700mx only - don't need it on other two.
Free PCS to PCS on all 3 phones
Don't need more than 500 minutes for all 3 phones - can rely on conservative usage.
Free 7 pm N/W on all 3 phones
Free nationwide long distance on all 3 phones
FIMF - would like this on all 3 phones, but I can survive without it, as well.
Want to keep my 25% employer discount

I think it might be reasonable to pay $300 for all three new phones (essentially getting the Sanyos for free and paying $299 for the 700mx). Then, I really don't want to pay a net of more than $60/mo for the plan. So, if I can keep the 25% discount, I could go up to $80/mo gross.

Do you think this is reasonable? I haven't actually called Retentions yet...I'm trying to figure out what might be reasonable first.

Thanks for any suggestions!! :)
