Ecare- how slow are they?

I am just wondering what everyones average response time from ecare is?
I emailed them, bcc method, 3 days ago and have only heard from ecare3. Ecare 3 took 24 hours, almost to the minute, to respond and I haven't heard anything from the other ecare's yet. I also submitted the same question though sprint.com 4 days ago, and I never even got a confermation for that:(

24 hours or less is the usual response time.

So the other ecares probly just skipped past my emails to them

I tried the bcc trick, at 3am pst the other night, and I was surprised that I got a response within 20 mins from ecare, and ecare1. I never did hear from ecare2 and ecare3, and that was about 3 nights ago. So I guess they just don't answer them all, maybe it was the same person who saw the others and deleted em as duplicates or something.

I have had it anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 days.

usually under 24 hours. 4-8 hours seems to be about average for me.
