Well first off i would like to say i'm back. Not that i have post many thing here.To start out i have the 1000 f&f plan 1000 text and pcs picture mail. so with that be said i was wondering if i could get some help here. I recived my bill today from sprint and thier was a charge on thier for $100 + for pcs data and i know that i have not been on the web with my phone nor downloaded anything but can't figure out why i'm getting charged for this. Last month same problem. So after opening my bill and almost breaking my hand (punching a wall Don't ask) I decided to call *2 I got a rep and he is looking at what those charges were for and said it was for internet use on the phone i explained to him that i did not go on line with my phone. I have picture mail and i have been sending picture email's from my phone he stated the those charges are not from that he told me the times and all the time he is telling me i thinking i'm at work the phone is in my pocket.
Well long story short the rep told me that the charges were .01 instead of the the normal .03 so it's making me think. He says that all he can see is that i was on the internet. So he offers me a $60 credit and pic mail pic video and internet and sprint tv channel 1 for 15 a month so then the 60 credit would not get questioned rep words. I mean did i talk to the right person knowing that i should not have gotten charged that? Do you get charged for sending picture emails even if you have the picture mail plan? is thier some way they can check on what i was doing online? I mean come on since i have this phone i have been getting charged pcs data charge's but now thier just getting larger then my bill and i have not been using it.
So if anyone has a answer to any of these question or on what i should be doing about my bill it would help alot.
