been with sprint since 99. called acouple of times 2 no avail. im looking for free phones, i have never been late with a payment, pay by auto pay cc. never asked 4 anything. im out of contract. $85 a month plan. any help would b appreciated. thanx in advance

Since you are out of Contract, they may view you as a "new" customer. Have you tried Account Services / Retentions?

Sprint really isn't offering free phones like they use to. Mostly whatever you see at sprint.com for free, is what they will offer you.

if you're out of contract go get a SERO account.

if you go in asking for a free phone and just a free phone, i'll piss myself when they offer you a 420, 2400, 3100 or 640. :)
