Had to tap it and it either restarts phone or comes back on, it has done this a few times? Is it an LCD screen issue, phone works fine. Can anyone help? :frustrate :td:

Mine has done that before also. One time it told me that the phone did not shut down properly...Whats up with that?

Ok well at least I know I am not the only one that is getting this. I thought about having a tech at the Sprint store look at it, but it only happens once in a while so I am not going to throw a big fit.
