Is there a length of time the notes are kept on a user's account? I had spent a month back in the fall calling in, emailing, getting my bill for both phones to around $35 a month. I just realized I don't have Sprint to Sprint anymore and would like to have it. Didn't want to press my luck as I'm sure I have 5 pages of call-in notes and whatnot.

Just curious if the notes are deleted after a specific amount of time.
