When I first got my Fusic back in august, I bought two songs by Nickelback.
Savin' Me plays for 2:29 and Far Away plays for 5:02.
Savin' Me cuts off in the middle of the song and plays at the end of Far Away.
This is driving me crazy so I don't listen to either of these songs. I would like to delete them and reload them.
Does anyone know how to do this? If so, I will be very grateful for the help.
Thanks
Angie

Well, basically if you delete them (which you can do by deleting the KOZ file from the Music folder on your memory card) you will have to buy them again. What you could do is download your computer versions from your music account online, and then use an audio recorder to "remove the DRM" and be able to re-rip the song in whatever format you want. I believe tunebite will do this with WMA files, which is the format your online downloads are in.

Thanks Laursifer. If I don't I don't get any satisfaction from ecare, then I will try to do just that.
I called *2 and told them what happened and I was told to take the phone to the store because something might be wrong with the phone. This is my second Fusic. There is nothing wrong with it. I downloaded it on the first phone.
I decided to email them and see what they say. Hopefully, it is something good.
I hope that they let me know something today because it's my last day off.

I finally heard back from ecare. They basically told me to request a refund the same way that you would for all other purchases. Well, there is no option to request a refund.
I let them know this in another email. Let's see how long this takes to get straightened out.

I heard back from ecare. They are giving me two $5 credits for premium downloads that must be used within a month.
No need to worry about that. I am headed for the Music Store right now. ;)
Oops, I almost forgot. They told me not to redownload those songs as the files might be corrupted. :irked: Anyone else have these songs?
I hope that I can find 6 songs that I like. :fingers:
