Can someone post a complete list of all MIME types needed for PCS downloading sites ... I haven't set up a site in a while and I know there are some new ones like MCD for streaming ... it would be great.

.htaccess is just for password-protected sites

You don't have to do streaming with MCD files, but now that creeper showed me the light, I don't think I'd do it any other way. MIME type for that is: application/x-pcs-mcd+xml.
