I might be late to this, but is there a way, or a website for that matter that streams at a higher fps like the sprint ran pages?

stream all your home media to your phone for free from orb- www.orb.com (pics, videos, music- and they convert it automatically, so ur home files dont need to be converted) u set it up sort of at home (or it can do it by itself basically- hard to explain) but then you go to a website they text you, or tell you on ur phone, and you can search through all ur computers media, then play it perfectly on ur phone, the only catch is u need to have internet, otherwise its free and amazing, on my a960 with 50 megabytes of memory onboard, i have acess to over 1000 songs, 1000 pics and 250 videos from home- no matter where i am, as long as the computer at home has orb on (it doesnt slow the computer) you can acess it. plus, orb.com works on other computers, you can go to a friends house, and go to orb.com, and access ur whole media collection from there, and through other computers. orb.com is amazing for free streaming.

The OP isn't asking how to stream... The OP is asking how to stream at a higher FPS (frame per second). The short answer to that is that it's not all that possible. You can encode at whatever FPS you want and it MIGHT play it (after a certain point, it won't even attempt to play certain 3GP files that are encoded at too high a quality), but it's still going to distort the quality. What you see on your computer will not be what you see on your phone. It is streaming, afterall.
